Pace Cladding Solutions are always looking to help our local community. Every year we participate in a day to make a difference, where we participate in things such as helping out local food banks, or painting and decorating local community centers.
Suicide is the single biggest killer of men under 45. Male site workers are three times more likely to commit suicide than the average male in the UK. Although there has been increasing focus on physical wellbeing over the last few years, mental health care has lagged behind, even though suicides account for more deaths every year in the construction industry than falls from height. Pace Cladding Solutions aims to buck the trend, encouraging our workers to talk and offering mental health support. We are also supporters of Andy's Man Club, an incredible organisation that hosts weekly workshops in cities across the UK to aid those suffering from mental helath problems.
If you, or someone you know is suffering from mental health issues please contact the relevant support or click the link below to be re-directed to Andy's Man Club and attend an event in your area. It's ok to talk.
